1. Scope of Services
Nexontryx provides digital presence, website, and ongoing support services for businesses, including Indian companies operating in or serving international markets. Services are delivered on a subscription or retainer basis as agreed during onboarding.
2. Payments & Billing
All services are billed monthly in advance
Payments must be made on or before the due date
Services may be paused or discontinued if payment is delayed
Taxes (GST/TDS) are applicable as per Indian regulations
Payments once made are non-refundable.
3. Service Commitment & Lock-in
Where applicable, services are offered with a minimum commitment period. Early termination does not waive payment obligations for the committed period.
4. No Guarantees
Nexontryx does not guarantee:
Leads, sales, or revenue
Business growth outcomes
Search engine rankings
Our services focus on digital presence, consistency, and operational support, not direct sales results.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate information and content
Respond to approvals and queries in a timely manner
Ensure they have rights to all materials shared
Delays caused by client non-response may impact timelines.
6. Revisions & Support
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope
Unlimited changes or urgent requests are not included
Support is provided during standard business hours through official channels only
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain rights to final deliverables created for them. Nexontryx may showcase non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business information shared during the engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nexontryx shall not be liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or third-party service issues. Liability, if any, is limited to fees paid for the current billing period.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services as per the agreed terms. Outstanding dues, if any, remain payable.
11. Modifications
Nexontryx reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
